Pest Management At Work
PEST MANAGEMENT AT WORK
After 20+ years working closely with the Government sectors we have a good understanding of departmental policies, procedures, requirements and sensitivities.
We are strong advocates of high level performance and transparent processes as we feel these are an integral part of delivering positive outcomes. We are also realists and apply reasonable adjustment to individual circumstances to develop a best way forward approach to achieve agreed outcomes.
Working in regional positions with pest project management responsibility we are well aware of the importance of maximising available resources to ensure project longevity well after the funding runs out.
We have an excellent understanding of legislative requirements and organisational policy and procedure including: rights and responsibilities, appropriate behaviour, codes of conduct, conflict of interest, codes of practice and workplace health and safety issues.
We pride ourselves on our skills and time management and we achieve environmental and economic outcomes over a large geographical area. Projects adhere to set criteria and are completed within specified timeframes; we document outcomes and events and hold ourselves accountable for our actions.
Silent Night Pest Management staff have been directly involved and responsible for the implementation of the State Government Services, Pest Management System within QLD and have extensive experience with coordinating pest management; data capture, field activities and coordinating responses to regional and state government legislative requirement on pest management issues.
